AREX/ZC - Thyristor electronic controllers for heating applications

Microcontroller based, thyristor electric heater power regulator. The control is done with 0-10V DC signal, 0-20mA signal (product for special order) or MODBUS RTU protocol. The control is carried out using the group method with zero-voltage switching. The regulation period is 1s.

By applying internal DC power supply for control unit and set of optoisolators, galvanic isolation at level of 4kV is achieved, what significant improves safety. Protection grade IP54.

The controllers functionality has been extended with the introduction of an air flow sensor input (S1, S2), which allows safe control of heaters in air ducts.
